KALEIGH-Practice manager

Kaleigh has been with us since a few months after opening our doors. She's a Colorado native and doesn't plan on leaving! During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.  Kaleigh has a huge heart and truly cares about the experience that anyone may have from the first phone call to the last impression after leaving our office.

Abi-treatment Coordinator

Abi is originally from upstate New York, but now calls Colorado her forever home! She has a Bachelor's in Communication and Social Interaction and has worked in customer service for 15 years. She strives to make every patient feel welcome and comfortable in our office from their first call with us to their last appointment. In her free time, Abi loves to either spend her time outdoors or snuggled up reading a book with her cat, Bean. 

Kristi

Kristi-Insurance coordinator

Kristi has been with our office since November 2023. She loves spending time with her husband and two kiddos, enjoying all of the beautiful scenery that Colorado has to offer. You'll find Kristi bright-eyed and bushy-tailed every morning!  Kristi's 10 years of experience in the dental industry gives her a wide array of knowledge to help patient's with any concern.

Karen-Marketing director

Karen is the Director of Marketing, Her favorite part of her role is meeting new people and building meaningful connections with SOCO’s partners.

When she’s not at work, Karen enjoys staying active—whether at the gym, hiking, biking, or camping—with her family. A true adventurer, Karen has ridden her bike across Utah’s 300-mile terrain three times.

Richelle-Lead Dental assistant

Richelle has been a dedicated dental assistant for 8 years and counting! Richelle says she has found her home office here at SOCO Endodontics (since June 2025), where she values the supportive and collaborative team environment. She brings enthusiasm and care to her role, always striving to enhance patient comfort and contribute to a positive clinical experience. Outside of work, Richelle enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and discovering new foods. In the year ahead, Richelle is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally, and looks forward to expanding her skills within the SOCO Endo team.

Tatiana-Dental assistant

Tatiana has been a vital part of our team since early 2025. Everywhere she goes she brings a goofy, fun energy that is sure to have you leaving here with a smile. With only 1.5 years of experience, Tatiana is a self proclaimed nosey-note reader and strives to make every single consult and root canal a pleasant experience. She believes that the best way to treat a patient is to know everything you can about their case from before they even make it to our office. She is also a firm believer in the "get what you give" mentality. In her free time, Tati enjoys visiting and trying out new restaurants, lounging with her cats and being outside enjoying the sun with her daughter. If you can't find her doing any of those activities, she can most likely be found in the local gym lifting serious weights.

Sierra-Dental Assistant

Sierra has been a part of our team since November 2025. Originally from a small farm town an hour south of Buffalo, NY, she is no stranger to the "People First" mentality. With an extensive background in Marketing and Customer Satisfaction, Sierra's number one priority is always patient experience. New to the dental field, she believes that everyone deserves an experience that indefinitely changes the way they view needing dental work done. In her free time, Sierra enjoys following her favorite musicians, Dave Matthews Band, having seen 11 of their concerts already. When she's not doing that, she can be found spending her free time with her dog Dixie Blue and her boyfriend, exploring everything Colorado has to offer.

Amiana-Dental Assistant

Amiana is the newest addition to our team, and has been a fabulous one at that! Ami came to us with 6 years of experience as an EMT. No stranger to helping those in need, Ami strongly believes that happiness is key, spreading her smiley, bubbly personality everywhere she goes. Ami has dedicated herself to learning and taking on this new challenge with grace. When she's not tackling emergencies, she enjoys ballet, watching both K and C Dramas, and baking sweet treats to share with family and friends. Along with this, she is an avid Matcha lover, being our very own SoCo Endo barrista!

Nancy- Sterile Technician

Nancy joined our team here at SoCo Endo with 15 years of previous dental experience! Now with a full time focus on sterile, Nancy prides herself in ensuring every single patient that walks through our doors has a clean and well organized experience. Nancy knows that sterilization techs are often the "silent guardian" of the practice, which is why she loves this aspect of dentistry so much. Although patients may not see her or know shes there, her driving force and strong heart are always keeping them safe and protected. Nancy believes her soul purpose is to give every patient peace of mind that she is on the job against cross-contamination and infection control at all times, every time. When she isn't busy fighting the fight against germs, you might find Nancy jamming out some karaoke with her friends, or curled up with a good montage of old 70's, 80's, & 90's horror movies!
